Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Deposit Policy:	Minimum $150.00 of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:	We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided. During peek periods a refund will not be paid unless the unit is re-booked. An administration charge of AU $50.00 applies to all cancellations.
Child Policy:	Children upto 14
Noshow Policy:	If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$50.00. During peek periods the total cost of the booking will be charged.
